Adoration - Fridays 10:30AM-1:30PM, Saturdays 1:00PM-4:00PM

For centuries Christians of many traditions have found prayer in the presence of the reserve sacrament meaningful. During Lent the nave will be open at these times for silent personal prayer and meditation, in the presence of the reserve sacrament upon the altar.

Reconciliation Fridays 11:00AM-1:00PM Saturdays 1:30PM-3:30P

Reconciliation, also known as Confession, this Sacramental Rite has long been part of our Anglican tradition; Lent is a particularly appropriate season to participate. Father Asa will be available to hear your confession, offer counsel, and give absolution using the Book of Common Prayer liturgy (447-452). You may also make an appointment for this rite.

Summer Youth Trip to General Convention

This year youth from across Our Diocese will be traveling to Louisville, Kentucky during the General Convention of the Episcopal Church. While there youth will get to see some of the workings of our denomination, connect with other Episcopalians from across the world, meet with our Bishop, take part in spiritual formation, participate in justice activities/missions... and of course there will be lots of fun and food included. The trip is open to all youth currently enrolled in 8th grade through 12th grade. The group will depart early on Saturday June 22 and return late on Friday June 28 (final travel plans and trip agenda are still being determined). If interested please reach out to Father Asa as soon as possible. Information can be found here:

Feasting & Fasting, Saturday, March 23rd in the Parish Hall

Once again our friends from the Peace Islands Institute will host an Iftar Dinner for our two communities here at Grace Church. The event will take place while both of our faith traditions are in a season of religious fasting, Lent and Ramadan. Members of the Peace Islands Institute will share a presentation about Ramadan with us beginning at 6:30PM, followed by a time of shared food and fellowship. Please RSVP to the church office by March 18th.

Exploring Grace, Sundays: February 18 - March 17

Have you ever wondered: Are we Protestants or Catholics? Where did the Book of Common Prayer come from? What is the Liturgical year… or the lectionary for that matter? Grab some coffee and a snack then join Father Asa at 11:45AM on Sundays as we briefly explore these questions and more. This “Episcopal 101” course is appropriate for adults considering the Sacramental Rite of Confirmation or Reception; as well as anyone desiring to know a little more about our Anglican/Episcopal tradition.
