Souper Bowl of Caring

Let’s begin to tackle hunger together during the month of February with our “Food Bank Focus” on hearty cans of soup, stew, or chili to be shared with our community partners at the Saint Agnes Episcopal Church Food Bank in Little Falls. Our goal is to collect at least 150 cans of hearty soups, stews, or chilis. Also on Super Bowl Sunday (February 9th) you’ll have the opportunity guess the winner of Super Bowl LIX with a special collection for the Nutley Family Services Bureau. You’ll have the opportunity to guess the winner of Super Bowl LIX via large pots labeled with the logos for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles - Which team will get your support?

Parish Chili Cookoff, February 15

Is your chili the best this side of the Passaic River? Here is your chance to prove it (or judge the talents of those who claim such culinary achievement). On Saturday, February 15th at 6PM we will hold a casual evening of food and fellowship for the whole family.

Adult Confirmation

Are you an Adult who has not yet been Confirmed (or Received) into The Episcopal Church? If you would like to be this spring please reach out to Rev. Asa about information on the process for being Confirmed in The Episcopal Church (or being Received - those who were already Confirmed in The Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, or other Christian Tradition with Apostolic Succession).

Youth Event - February 23

Grace Youth are invited to join Rev. Asa, Ms Joan, and others from our diocese on Sunday, February 23rd at the American Dream Mall for Lunch and a Team Scavenger Hunt with other youth from across the Episcopal Diocese of Newark beginning at 12:30PM. We will begin together with Lunch and then participate in a Scavenger Hunt throughout the mall. Following the hunt we will gather for dessert and prizes. February 2 - Scout Sunday

Are you or one of your children involved in Scouting? If so please reach out to our parish vergers (Bobby and Kevin) about participation as a lector, an intercessor, or an acolyte in the 10AM service on February 2nd when we will honor current and past scouts!

Altar Flower Memorials and Thanksgivings 2025

Please contact the church office if you would like to offer altar flowers. Your check for $50.00 can be submitted on or near that date. Sanctuary Candles can be offered as well for $20.
